Learn moreADVANCE. REVIVE. THRIVE.
Trauma-informed leadership and strategy consulting for organizations that want strong performance without burning out their people, based on doctoral research and nearly 20 years of leadership experience.
The question I help leaders ask
Not “How much more can people handle?”
But “What kind of environment helps people do this work well?”
How I help
When leadership systems aren't built to hold the weight of the work, it shows up everywhere: turnover, eroding trust, stalled decisions, and good people running on empty. I help you fix the system, not just the symptoms.

The ART approach
Get clear on where you are going, and build the strategy and leadership systems that move the work forward.
Restore capacity where urgency and burnout have taken hold, so leaders and teams can think beyond the next crisis.
Design systems that let people do their best work over the long haul, not just survive it.

Why ART exists
I'm Rhanda Luna. Harassment, burnout, and psychologically unsafe workplaces may be common, but common doesn't mean inevitable. I help leaders build organizations where the system helps people speak, and where healthy leadership is easier to practice than harmful behavior is to normalize.
I learned this work over nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector, where burnout runs highest and resources run thinnest. My PhD research in Organizational Leadership focuses on trauma-informed leadership and organizational well-being, so the work is practical and grounded in evidence.
Who I work with
“Rhanda has become one of the most trusted advisors in our corner. She doesn't just understand fundraising; she understands organizations, people, and what it takes to move a mission forward. Time and again, she has helped us think through challenges, identify opportunities, and build practical solutions that fit our reality.”
