About
I believe the people doing the work deserve workplaces that work for them.

My story
I'm Rhanda Luna, founder and principal of ART Leadership & Strategy. I'm a nonprofit executive, organizational leadership scholar, and fundraising strategist with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, build capacity, and achieve long-term sustainability.
I love the nonprofit sector. I've also watched it ask far too much of good people. I've worked for visionary leaders whose impact was undermined by toxic cultures, and for kind leaders who struggled with effectiveness. On rare occasions, I've worked for leaders who were both capable and humane. I wanted to understand what made the difference.
That question became my doctoral research, and the reason ART exists. A healthy bottom line and a healthy team are not competing goals. They are the same goal, in any kind of organization.

What I bring
Research, not just experience. Development know-how from the inside, so strategy stays connected to how the work gets funded. And a human-centered approach that meets organizations where they are.
Why “ART”
Advance. Revive. Thrive.
The three moves every healthy organization makes. Advance the work with clear strategy. Revive capacity where burnout has taken hold. Build systems where people can thrive over the long haul.
